We Do Not Accept Store Returns Without Prior Authorization

We understand that at times you may need to return an item you purchased from our store and in order to facilitate that process we ask that you read the following conditions carefully and then follow the instructions given below. Summary of Our Return Policy -

1. Merchandise to be returned must be in new, unused condition and never worn other than to try for fit.

2. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.

3. Refunds will be calculated based on the order purchase price of the merchandise plus any tax paid on that amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

4. By default, refunds will be in the form of store credit but the customer may also choose to have the item replaced or to have a refund applied back to their credit card. If customer chooses to have a refund back to their credit card the refund amount will be reduced by 4% as a deduction for processing fees.

5. Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges to return the merchandise to us.

To Process a Return Request Please Follow These Instructions

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Account" tab.

2. Navigate to the "Completed Orders" section and find the order that contains the item you wish to return.

3. Now click on the "Return Items" button for that order.

4. On the next screen select the "Qty to Return" for the item using the dropdown box. You must also select a "Return Reason". If the reason for your return is not listed please select "Other" and describe the reason in the "Comments" section. By default, if your return request is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. If you wish to receive a refund back to your credit card innstead, please choose that option using the "Return Action" dropdown. Note that choosing to apply your refund back to your credit card wil result in a 4% processing fee deducted from the refund total. You may also use the "Return Action" dropdown to request a replacement of the item.

5. Once you have filled out the information properly, click on the "Submit" button to submit your request to us. You should see a notice that your request has been submitted successfully. If you don't see the notice or if you have any problems please Contact Us for assistance.

6. We will email you with further instructions or requests for information if needed. Please Read and Follow the instructions properly to insure your return is processed in a timely manner.
